The qualifications for the various positions are :

	Professor
	Ph.D or Fellow of IIM or of an Institute recognized by AICTE and 55% marks in Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration in a relevant discipline with consistent good academic record with at least 55% marks in two year full time/three year part-time PGDM declared equivalent and recognized by AICTE/UGC or First class graduate and professionally qualified CA, CWA, CS of the concerned statutory bodies. A minimum of ten years experience of post graduate teaching/industry/research/professional out of which 3 years must be at the level of Reader/Associate Professor or equivalent excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree or contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC. For candidates from industry and profession The candidate should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at national/international level as equivalent to Ph.D and 15 years’ managerial experience in industry/profession of which at least 8 years should be at least at a level comparable to that of Reader. Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration in a relevant discipline with consistent good academic record with at least 55% marks in two year full time/three year part-time PGDM declared equivalent and recognized by AICTE/UGC or First class graduate and professionally qualified CA, CWA, CS of the concerned statutory bodies. Teaching, Research industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization. Published work such as Research papers, Patents Field/obtained, books and/or technical Organization. Experience of guiding the project work/dissertation of PG/Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and/or professional activities. Capacity to undertake/lead sponsored R&D consultancy and related activities A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC.
	Associate Professor
	Ph.D or Fellow of IIM or of an Institute recognized by AICTE and Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration in a relevant management related discipline with consistent good academic record with at least 55% marks in two year full time/three year part-time PGDM declared equivalent and recognized by AICTE/UGC or First class graduate and professionally qualified CA, CWA, CS of the concerned statutory bodies. A minimum of five years’ experience of post graduate teaching/industry/research/professional at managerial level excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree. For candidates from industry and profession A minimum of 10 years experience of post graduate teaching industry/ research/profession, out of which 5 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent excluding the period spent for obtaining Ph. D and 10 years managerial experience in industry/profession or which at least 5 years should be at least at a level comparable to that of Lecturer. Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration in a relevant discipline with consistent good academic record with at least 55% marks in two year full time/three year part-time PGDM declared equivalent and recognized by AICTE/UGC or First class graduate and professionally qualified CA, CWA, CS of the concerned statutory bodies. Teaching, research industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization. Published work such as research papers, patent filed/obtained, books and/or technical reports. Experience of guiding the project work/dissertation of PG/Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC.
	Assistant Professor
	A Masters Degree with 55% marks in Business Management/Administration in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two year full time/three year part-time PGDM declared equivalent and recognized by AICTE/UGC or First class graduate and professionally qualified CA, CWA, CS of the concerned statutory bodies. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC.
