Dr. Partha Sarathi Ganguli

Dr. Ganguli is a technocrat with over 25 yrs of experience in the field of education and technology. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Saraswati Online.Com India Limited, a leading education service provider based in Bangalore , which in partnership with 8 medical universities of PR China and 2 universities in Philippines conduct International education exchange programs at bachelors’ and masters’ degree level.

Very widely travelled in India and Asia, he founded Jyotirmoy Education and Welfare Foundation in 2003 and is keen to contribute his experience and exposure in building Jyotirmoy Knowledge Park in to a center of excellence in education that shall cater to students and teachers across the globe.

Dr. Amit Chkladar

Dr. Amit Chakladar has more than 17 years of experiences in academics. He was with EIILM Business School as Associate Professor in the MBA Programme prior to the present assignment.

Dr. Chakladar started his career with Manipal group at Sikkim as Lecturer and successive positions held are as Senior Lecturer & Assistant Professor in the area of HRM/HRD and Strategic Management. He joined Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Rangpo and was later relocated to Manipal University Dubai.

He has made significant contribution in the areas of research, training, consultancy and teaching in long term programmes. Professor Chakladar was associated with Institute of Management Technology at Dubai. He has designed and directed numerous Management Development Programmes for Managers/Officials of Public and Private Sector Enterprises, Financial Institutions & Banks. He has been associated with the consultancy assignments/studies/MDPs with various organizations like Tea Board of India, Employee Provident Fund Organisation, NTPC, ONGC, SAIL, UCO Bank, State Bank etc.

Dr. Chakladar is the author of a book and published over a dozen articles in journals of repute. He is life member of AIMA & NIPM. His areas of interest include Conflict Management, Performance Management, Leadership, Motivation, Team Building and Life Style Management.

R.K. Sikdar

Mr. Sikdar has done his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute Of Technology. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Management Science from Sikkim Manipal University. He is having over 35 years of experience in metallurgical projects, vendor development & marketing, contracts engineering procurement, engineering & general management culminating to the position of board director. He was the chairman of Eastern India of Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Association for 2 years.

Mr. Sikdar is a linguistic person proficient in many foreign languages such as German, Japanese and Russian. This is apart from ability to communicate in English, Bengali, Hindi & Sanskrit, was awarded prizes for excellence in various language learning.

Prof. Nilanjan Gupta

Prof. Gupta holds a first class Masters degree in Economics from Jadavpur University. He has over 6 years of Corporate experience in the Financial Sector. Prof. Gupta has served companies like Peerless Securities Ltd., India Infoline Ltd., Motilal Oswal Securities to name a few in Managerial Positions.

Ms. Vanita Ganguli

Ms. Vanita Ganguli has been associated with Saraswati Online.Com since its inception. She has done her graduation from Calcutta University in History, Masters in Modern European History from Calcutta University and B.Ed from Bangalore University. She has put in 14 yrs of service, worked primarily in the service sector particularly in Sales and Marketing specializing in marketing communication. She has served Hotel, Travel and IT industry as well.

Ms. Baisakhi Chakraborty

She has over two years of teaching experience. Actively involved in cultural activities and associated with many such organizations.

Mr. Wasif Reza Molla

Mr. Wasif Reza Molla did his LL.B. from Calcutta University. Thereafter he practiced law in the High Court of Calcutta. Here he specialised in corporate and commercial laws, specially mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, and foreign-exchange related issues.

He then went on to do his LL.M. and joined academics. His area of teaching and research includes Company Law, Arbitration & Conciliation, Contract and Human Rights. He has participated in several national seminars and winner of numerous debate competitions he takes active interest in politics, debates, and chess.

Mr. Mihir Himani

Mr. Himani is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has an experience of working as an auditor for private and public sector companies. Apart from JSB, he is working as Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts for Saraswati Online.Com India Limited.

Ms. Seeuli Nath

She has secured 1^st class in all examination in B.Com (Hons) and M.com (Accountancy). She has over two years of experience in corporate accounting.
